TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ABOUT US
This website is operated by RAMPP Nutrition Ltd, a company registered in Ireland (company number 808729), with its registered office at 36 Baldara Court, Ashbourne, Co. Meath, Ireland. VAT number: 4701875NH. Contact: james@ramppnutrition.com.

2. USING THIS WEBSITE
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. PRODUCTS
Our products are food supplements. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose stated on the label. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a doctor before use. Product images are for illustration; always read the label before use.

4. ANTI-DOPING
Our products are batch-tested and listed on the Cologne List. This testing minimises, but cannot entirely eliminate, the risk of contamination with prohibited substances. Athletes subject to anti-doping rules are personally responsible for everything they consume and should make their own checks.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in euro and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

6. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you confirming dispatch. We may decline an order, for example where a product is out of stock, in which case you will not be charged or will be refunded in full.

7. DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes, including club codes, are subject to any conditions stated when issued, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.

8. DELIVERY
Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

9. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Your cancellation rights and our returns process are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

10. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, as set out in our Subscription Cancellation Policy.

11. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including the RAMPP name, logo, text, and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

13. CHANGES
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of Ireland or of your country of residence within the EU.
